The L&D Specialist will design and deliver training programs to support employee development and enhance skills across the business. This role will focus on creating impactful learning experiences and ensuring they align with company objectives. Client Details Michael Page is hiring for an internal L&D Specialist. Description Design and implement learning and development programs tailored to business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements and opportunities. Deliver engaging training sessions through various methods, including in-person and virtual formats. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. Create and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy. Support onboarding initiatives to help new hires integrate successfully. Track and report on employee development progress and training outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Work on global projects. Profile A successful L&D Specialist should have: Prior experience at a recruitment agency. Ability to go onsite 3-4 days a week. Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences. Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored solutions. Knowledge of current trends and tools in learning and development. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
