Job description

Senior Campaign Operations Manager

Location:
Downtown Toronto - Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
Contract: 1 year with potential for renewal
Are you a highly organized campaign or project manager who thrives on bringing structure to complex initiatives? Our client, one of the world's most influential e-commerce platforms, is hiring a Senior Campaign Operations Manager to be the operational backbone for regulatory-focused campaigns running across multiple global markets. This is a one-year contract role based in downtown Toronto, hybrid with two days a week in the office, and it carries strong potential for renewal.
In this role you will own detailed planning and timelines for regulatory campaigns, breaking big initiatives into clear milestones, dependencies, and ownership. You'll coordinate across Legal, Product, Trust, Operations, Communications, and regional teams, keeping everyone aligned and every deliverable on time and fully approved. Expect to manage content updates in a CMS across multiple languages, coordinate translations and approvals, run tradeshow and event timelines, and deploy customer satisfaction surveys that turn data into insight for future campaigns.
You bring 8 to 10 years in campaign management, marketing operations, or communications within a large or matrixed organization, hands-on CMS experience, and strong proficiency in Google Suite. You're proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while building relationships across teams. Sharp writing and proofreading skills are a must; additional languages are a plus.
