With the combined base salary and our closing bonus program, the total earnings for this role have the potential to exceed six figures annually!

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new buyer traffic through networking, realtor engagement, referrals, community outreach, and local marketing efforts.
  • Manage, qualify, and convert inbound leads while proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate use of Salesforce to manage leads, track the sales pipeline, and document customer interactions.
  • Own the customer journey from initial inquiry through contract, construction updates, and closing.
  • Assist prospective buyers throughout the home purchasing process, from prospect to contract and closing.
  • Leverage open house events to build pipelines, referrals, and sales conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate professionals, lenders, and community stakeholders.
  • Own the customer journey and drive a seamless homebuying experience by coordinating with buyers, real estate professionals, Century Complete teams, and financing partners to keep transactions progressing smoothly toward a successful closing.
  • Communicate internally and externally regarding buyer contracts, closing documentation, and mortgage processing to help ensure required information is received, and transactions remain on track for the scheduled closing date.
  • Take ownership of the sales studio experience, leveraging marketing assets, community presentation, and operational excellence to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.
  • Operate your business with a high level of professionalism by maintaining accurate records, managing critical documentation, and executing every transaction with precision.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals.
  • Participate in regular studio, sales, and company meetings.
  • Foster lasting homeowner relationships that generate active promoters, referrals and support customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
