Dann werde CRM Manager: in–Schwerpunkt Prozessautomatisierung–und entwickle smarte Workflows, automatisierte Lead-Follow-ups und effiziente End-to-End-Prozesse.

Aufgaben

In unserem Team Customer Experience Management schaust du unter die Haube: Du übernimmst End-to-End-Verantwortung, konfigurierst unsere CRM-Plattform und baust das technische Fundament für automatisierte „Geführte Prozesse“, die unsere Berater im direkten Kundenkontakt optimal steuern.

  • Du verantwortest die fachliche Weiterentwicklung und Konfiguration unseres CRM-Systems (BSI Customer Suite), insbesondere die Erstellung von geführten Prozessen
  • Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen aus Vertrieb und Service in technische Lösungen und begleitest diese von der ersten Idee bis zur Implementierung
  • Du identifizierst Potenziale zur Automatisierung von Kundenprozessen im Neugeschäft und Bestand und setzt diese eigenverantwortlich um
  • Als Bindeglied zwischen Fachbereich und IT berätst du deine Kolleg: innen zu Machbarkeiten und bringst eigene Ideen ein, um Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Service-Prozesse optimal zu verbinden
  • Du nutzt unsere Analyse-Tools, um den Erfolg deiner Prozesse messbar zu machen und Standards sowie Templates kontinuierlich zu optimieren

Du bist technisch versiert, analytisch und zahlenaffin, denkst strategisch und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich? Du hast Freude an digitalen Lösungen, komplexen Systemen und der Optimierung von Prozessen?

  • Mindset: Analytisch, zahlenaffin, Freude an technischen Themen (Low-/No-Code) zur Optimierung von Nutzer- und Kundenerfahrungen.
  • Datenstrategie & Vertriebsimpulse: Prozesse in Handlungen umsetzen; Next Best Actions, automatisierte Lead-Follow-ups, Wiedervorlagen entwickeln.
