DFW Metroplex | Full-Time | Entry-Level to Experienced

We’re hiring a Construction Materials Engineering Technician to support infrastructure and development projects across North Texas. This is a hands-on role where you'll work in the field and in the lab, testing construction materials to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.

What You’ll Do
- Perform field and laboratory tests on construction materials (soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregates)
- Collect, label, and document test samples according to project specifications
- Use field equipment including nuclear density gauges (we provide training)
- Coordinate daily activities with dispatch and on-site teams
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and project leads professionally
- Submit accurate reports daily through company systems
- Follow all safety standards and procedures
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
Preferred (but Not Required)
- 1+ year of construction materials testing (CMT) experience
- ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I, and/or SB102 and/or, 1A and/or 1B certifications
- Nuclear Density Gauge certification or ability to obtain within 90 days (training provided)
