Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical Project Manager / Construction Manager for MEP-heavy data center and critical infrastructure construction management in the Phoenix, AZ market.


Pay: $210,000-$250,000/year, based on experience

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Full-time mission-critical construction role; schedule based on project needs

Type: Contract


Responsibilities:

- Manage execution of mission-critical MEP scopes including power, cooling, low-voltage, and controls interfaces

- Own schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, field execution, and milestone tracking on fast-moving builds

- Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, QA/QC, vendors, field leadership, and project stakeholders

- Drive energization, integrated systems testing, commissioning readiness, turnover, and closeout activities

- Identify risk early, support change management, and keep documentation, safety, and quality expectations aligned


Requirements:

- Mission-critical, data center, commercial MEP, electrical, mechanical, or critical infrastructure construction experience

- Project management or construction management experience on complex technical builds

- Strong understanding of MEP coordination, subcontractor management, budgets, schedules, and commissioning milestones

- Ability to coordinate across field, engineering, commissioning, QA/QC, vendors, and stakeholder teams

- Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, safety standards, project specifications, and quality expectations

- Ability to work in the Phoenix, AZ market and complete any site onboarding requirements

- Dependable, safety-minded, commercially aware, and comfortable in fast-moving project environments
