Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, receiving, inventory handling, and material movement. This role requires forklift experience, basic computer proficiency, and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has a stable work history, enjoys hands-on work, and can effectively balance warehouse responsibilities with basic inventory and computer-based tasks.
Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
- Use computer systems to support inventory and warehouse operations
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material handling and organization
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse activities
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience
- Minimum 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience
- 3–6 months of Excel or general computer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, twist, pull, push, and stand for a full 8-hour shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable work history demonstrating stability and longevity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software
- Ability to quickly learn products, warehouse procedures, and operational processes
