Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and establish standards and procedures for the warehouse includes the following:
- Organize the warehouse team in areas of production. To Include:
- Coordination shipment of material in a time efficient manner
- Inventory Management
- Organize and Track Inventory within appropriate system
- Inspection of material upon receiving and prior to shipping
- Assist Sales Associates when necessary in moving material
- Complete Reports in a timely manner, to include receiving, shipping and return material documents.
- Ensure all members have knowledge of stone material regarding the types, color and material quality.
- Maintain warehouse equipment
- Make deliveries via a CDL Class B truck when necessary
- Orient and Train new employees through on the Job Training and other training opportunities.
- Evaluate Staff Performances and provide coaching to increase employee's performances when appropriate.
- Responsible for the Safety of Employees, and material. Conduct regular safety meetings in educating warehouse staff.
