Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Warehouse/Delivery Driver. This dual-role position is responsible for a variety of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory, as well as safely and efficiently delivering products to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and products.

Accurately count, sort, and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or shipment.

Perform regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently (if applicable, specify certification requirements).

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Delivery Driving:

Safely and efficiently operate a company vehicle (e.g., box truck, van) for local and regional deliveries.

Load and unload products onto and off the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper securing of goods to prevent damage.

Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to meet deadlines.

Interact professionally and courteously with customers during deliveries.

Obtain necessary signatures and complete delivery documentation accurately.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL may be required depending on vehicle size - specify if needed).

Proven experience as a delivery driver and/or warehouse associate is preferred.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly (e.g., 50+ pounds).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills for order processing and delivery tracking (if applicable).

Knowledge of local delivery routes and traffic patterns.

Forklift certification (if required and not provided by company).

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.

Capability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Manual dexterity and visual acuity required.
