We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our growing flooring company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the flooring industry and be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring efficient loading, unloading, and organization of flooring materials.
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse operations in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform regular cycle counts.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming flooring products and supplies.
  • Prepare and stage customer orders for pickup and delivery.
  • Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move flooring materials.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and installers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and promote a productive work environment.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
  • Required: Previous experience working in the flooring industry.
  • Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred.
