We are currently hiring a Warehouse and Delivery Manager to act as a flexible, hands-on operational partner across our facilities, logistics, and warehouse support needs.
Responsibilities in this role:
  • Warehouse & Distribution Management: Supervise the operation of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, loading, staging, and material flow while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
  • Delivery Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day execution of the company's delivery operation, overseeing delivery personnel ensuring routes are staffed, vehicles are loaded accurately, departures occur on schedule, and customer commitments are met.
  • Inventory, Shipping & Asset Control: Oversee inventory accuracy through receiving, cycle counts, inventory transactions, returns processing, shipping documentation, and asset management. Maintain organized warehouse locations while ensuring materials are properly identified, stored, handled, and safeguarded.
  • Safety, Fleet Readiness & Compliance: Promote a safe working environment by enforcing company policies, warehouse procedures, OSHA standards, equipment inspections, and safe material handling practices. Coordinate daily fleet readiness by ensuring vehicles are properly loaded, inspected, fueled, clean, and operationally prepared to meet daily delivery requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Operations & Facilities Support: Assist with facility operations and higher-level building execution as organizational priorities shift.
What you'll bring to the team:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a warehouse and delivery management role.
  • High operational flexibility: Comfort stepping both "up" and "down" operationally based on daily priorities, operating seamlessly as a hands-on generalist.
  • Strong ownership mindset- Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and execute tasks independently.
  • Ability to operate a forklift, drive cargo vans, and drive box trucks as needed; valid driver's license required.
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills.
