Job description

The Los Angeles, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney with at least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience to join its Intellectual Property & Technology litigation practice. A technical background is strongly preferred and an undergraduate or higher degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a similar field is preferred but not required. Must be licensed and admitted in the State of California.

The ideal candidate will have excellent credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and intellectual property litigation experience. Candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Lewis Brisbois successfully represents clients in intellectual property and patent litigation in a variety of forums. Our attorneys, many of whom hold technical degrees, are experienced in all aspects of intellectual property including patent, copyright, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, economic, licensing, franchising, and rights acquisition.  We protect our clients’ intellectual property assets in federal and state courts as well as before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the International Trade Commission, the Trademark Trial, and Appeal Board, and in foreign countries.
