Job description

Department: BHCLR Admin
Shift: Day
Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Summary:
Facilitate fulfillment of Mission, Goals and Vision of Baptist Health and Department by exemplifying Baptist Health Values and Code of Ethical Conduct. Direct operational functions and educational activities of nine (9) programs of study for Baptist Health.
Other information:
Education required: Doctorate (Ph.D., D.N.P., or Ed.D.). Minimum experience: Sufficient previous teaching/training experience in a formal setting and practice as a healthcare professional educator. Field-of-Expertise Preferred: Education; Administration level. Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Education and personnel management; knowledge of learning theory, teaching techniques and evaluation of educational outcomes for effectiveness. Other: Express willingness to exemplify and promote Baptist Health Values and Code of Ethical Conduct. Receptive to change.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
