Implement best practices for cloud-based (AWS) resource utilization,* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver cloud solutions that meet their needs.**What You Bring (Required Qualifications)*** Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.* Hands‐on software development background in an enterprise software vendor setting* 8+ years of experience in an enterprise software product development environment supporting multiple Agile teams and release trains.* Proven track record of successfully transitioning teams to Agile ways of working.* Demonstrated experience working in a regulated environment with Quality Management System and Design Controls* Experience leading and coaching geographically distributed teams.* Exceptional facilitation skills, with the ability to lead high‐stakes planning sessions and navigate competing priorities.* Strong ability to translate Agile concepts into practical, compliant execution models.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence Engineering, Product, Quality, and Regulatory functions.* Advanced analytical, critical‐thinking, and problem‐solving abilities.* Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.* Proven experience representing SDLC and compliance practices across cross‐functional stakeholders.* Technical SME with Cloud-based technologies (AWS preferred), hands-on knowledge of enterprise software platforms, frameworks, databases. Experience with microservices/containerized architecture utilizing Kubernetes clusters.**Preferred Qualifications*** Master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.* Demonstrated knowledge/track record with Agentic AI* Demonstrated experience working in a MedTech environment with FDA 510(k) Class II exposure building Software as a Medical Device solutions.* Experience operating in compliance‐driven or safety‐critical product environments.*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
