Job Description Summary

Manage a team of Client Engagement Associates responsible for partnering with Client Executives as a key resource to clients and advisors in the planning and execution of retirement plan administration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Establish team goals and provide direction and guidance to ensure timely and quality results.
  • Work with leadership on budget and department roadmap.
  • Evaluate performance of team; coach and counsel team members individually and together towards improved performance.
  • Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing performance feedback and skill assessments.
  • Interview, hire and train staff.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with client engagement, account management, and external partners; ensure team aligns with internal and external resources to meet customer needs.
  • Continuously search for ways to improve effectiveness, efficiency and "value added" for internal and external customers.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for case related issues across teams and market segment; develop and implement processes for mitigation of future issues and management of customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in sales and retention meetings.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience
  • Eight years of financial or retirement industry experience
  • Supervisory/management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of ERISA and retirement industry trends
  • In-depth knowledge of retirement programs/plan management, including administration, investment, and participant solutions
  • Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills
  • Decision-making skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks
  • Advanced skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in relationship management and/or client management

Compensation

The salary for this position generally ranges between$85,000 - $120,000 annually.Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors includingqualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.
