As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, helping them maximize the value of our software, and ensuring their long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts specific to an industry or region, ensuring they are driving towards success and getting the most out of our software. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Client Success: Proactively monitor client engagement and usage, identifying opportunities for clients to derive more value from NEXGEN’s software.
  • Technical Assistance and Guidance: Assist clients with technical aspects of our SaaS software, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Serve as a technical guide to help clients adopt NEXGEN features.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor client account performance and KPIs. Client Account Manager’s performance is evaluated based on client retention and account growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic account plans, quarterly business reviews, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in client support or account management roles, preferably with SaaS software.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, explain, and demo complex workflows and software features.
