Our remote setup is designed to provide a supportive environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized in-home therapy sessions or facilitate group therapy sessions through our outpatient center, tailoring approaches to the unique needs of each child and family.

  • Collaborate consistently with the Child Family Treatment Team and other multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care and align treatment objectives.
  • Document all therapy sessions and maintain accurate treatment plans and progress notes within established timelines.
  • Participate actively in monthly team meetings, offering insightful recommendations to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse population of children aged 3-20 years old who are experiencing developmental disabilities and intellectual challenges. This role is especially suited for clinicians interested in working with clients from various cultural backgrounds; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese will be a valued asset.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • An active and unrestricted LMFT license is mandatory.
  • Strong foundation in providing positive behavior support.
  • Experience and expertise in working with children aged 3-20, specifically those who have intellectual or developmental disabilities, are essential.
  • A valid driverโ€™s license and access to a registered vehicle for potential client engagements.
  • Completion of a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, is required prior to employment.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working in a community health or mental health setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement behavioral intervention plans.
  • Experience in family therapy settings and familiarity with the challenges faced by families dealing with developmental disabilities.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 80,000, complemented by a robust benefits package designed to support our team members' professional and personal well-being. Benefits include:

  • Health insurance and wellness programs.
  • Generous paid time off policies, including vacation and sick leave.
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance.
  • A 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
  • Ongoing training and opportunities for professional development in clinical best practices.
  • A dynamic, supportive work environment that values innovation and teamwork.
