    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct thorough preliminary interviews and document client cases meticulously from the initial consultation through to the completion of their treatment journey.
    • Evaluate clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health through standardized assessments and clinical interviews.
    • Develop customized intervention and recovery plans for individuals, couples, families, and various support groups, ensuring all approaches are backed by evidence-based practices.
    • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, drawing on your therapeutic skills to create a safe and constructive environment for sharing and growth.
    • Monitor and document client progress throughout their treatment plans, adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
    • Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nursing staff, to ensure holistic care delivery.
    • Follow up with psychiatrists and attending physicians regarding hospitalized clients, ensuring continuity of care and clear communication regarding treatment plans.

    • Completion of national examinations such as the NCE or NCMHCE, demonstrating your capability as a mental health professional.
