Job description

Collaborate with the U.S. Women of Hope team to support global outreach efforts through record keeping, database management, website updates, project assistance and impactful communications—advancing TWR Women of Hope’s mission to encourage, educate, and equip women worldwide.

  • Responsibilities:Working comfortably in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Uploading content created for Women of Hope onto website
  • Updating databases with any changes received from our global teams
  • Recording donor responses and requests onto their donor records
  • Assist WOH team in general responsibilities, correspondence and various administrative tasks

Core Competencies:

  • Must have accurate attention to detail, be organized and have good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written or video instructions.
  • Able to independently manage several projects
  • Ability to maintain privacy with people's personal data.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
