Plant Manager (Chemical Manufacturing)Location: Memphis, TN (on-site; relocation assistance provided)Compensation: $175Kโ€“$190K + $10K relocation bonusCompany Summary: A global manufacturer of fine chemicals and custom synthesis solutions, serving the pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals markets. Position Summary:

The Plant Manager will lead all manufacturing operations at the Memphis facility, overseeing production, EH&S, quality, logistics, and maintenance. This high-impact leadership role requires technical depth in chemical manufacturing and a strong track record of managing teams, capital budgets, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and play a key role in driving continuous improvement and capacity expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities:
