Description
Veterinary Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Group is looking for a f ull - t ime Veterinary Rehabilitation Technician to join our growing team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Annapolis Junction, MD.
About You
Y ou'll play a vital role in improving pets' quality of life by delivering comprehensive care for our orthopedic and rehabilitation patients. Your impact will span hands-on involvement in rehabilitation therapies and treatment support, to assisting with diagnostics, facilitating outpatient services, and managing patient flow including admissions and discharges while confidently working with high-drive performance and working dogs.

Your Experience & Skills
• Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care)
• CCRP/CCRA/CCRT/CCAT strongly preferred and encouraged to apply
• Experience providing Fear Free Veterinary Care preferred
• Has strong anesthesia skills (Able to obtain Blood pressure, ECG, Sp02, and ETC02 and integrate clinical signs with disease processes to assist doctors in early and appropriate intervention of patient care)
• Possesses a positive work attitude
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $23 - $25 / year. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
