Role Description The Logistics Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in Girard, OH. This position coordinates daily freight movements by assigning loads to drivers, monitoring routes, and ensuring on-time pickup and delivery. The role includes responding to driver and customer inquiries by phone and email, updating dispatch and tracking systems, and resolving schedule or routing issues as they arise. The Logistics Dispatcher works closely with operations, drivers, and customers to maintain accurate information, address service concerns, and support high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
