Job description

Calling all Cardiac Surgery Physician Assistants for a great full-time position in Sunny South Florida!!! An active Florida State license, active DEA, and Cardiac surgical experience are required. Join us in paradise, where world-class medicine meets stunning beaches, endless sunshine, and the laid-back island lifestyle!!


Start Date: ASAP!


Schedule: Fulltime, Four 10-hour shifts per week. On call coverage on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, for OR emergencies only.


Duties: Incumbents will collaborate with surgeons to provide patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings, including exams, diagnostics, treatment planning, prescribing, and first assisting in surgery. Responsibilities include managing patients throughout all surgical phases, performing procedures, rounding, and supporting patient education.


Qualifications:

Cardiac Surgery Experience, including experience with Endoscopic Vein Harvesting

Active DEA, BLS, and ACLS as per specialty
