SUMMARY:

We're looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that support our Technology and eCommerce teams. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across departments, and excels at managing multiple priorities while keeping projects on track.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually. Compensation commensurate with experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project Planning & Execution
  • Lead multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously from planning through successful delivery.
  • Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities across Technology, eCommerce, Marketing, Operations, and other business teams.
  • Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution.
  • Break large initiatives into actionable tasks andmaintainproject momentum.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, communicate status updates, and provide regular reporting on project progress.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare project documentation, decision summaries, and executive-ready presentations when needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with business and technical teams to define projectobjectives, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate resources across multiple departments to ensure projects move forward efficiently.
  • Fosterstrong communicationand collaboration among internal teams and external partners when applicable.
  • Support teams through changing priorities whilemaintainingfocus on businessobjectives.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Identifyproject risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks early, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve issues thatimpactproject timelines or deliverables.
  • Recommend improvements to project management processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Promote projectmanagementbest practices across the organization.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional business or technology initiatives.
  • PMP or CAPM certification from Project Management Institute.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting Technology, eCommerce, Digital, or Software Development projects is preferred.
