Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to design personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving their specific goals.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance mobility and restore function.
  • Maintain a manageable patient caseload, allowing for focused and attentive care as clients navigate their rehabilitation journey.
  • Employ a range of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and non-surgical interventions aimed at reducing pain and promoting physical improvement.
  • Motivate and empower patients by providing guidance, encouragement, and education throughout their treatment plans.
  • Develop wellness and fitness programs tailored to the individual needs of patients, focusing on overall strength, flexibility, and coordination.
  • Continuously evaluate each patient's progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective communication across the treatment spectrum.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatment details accurately in our electronic medical records system, ensuring high standards for privacy and patient confidentiality.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population you will work with includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility. Our clients range from athletes seeking to enhance performance to elderly individuals regaining independence post-injury. A compassionate and personalized approach is essential as you navigate diverse backgrounds and varying levels of physical ability.

Qualifications
  • A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
  • An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with a clean record free from sanctions or board proceedings.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.
  • Strong ability to design and implement individualized exercise programs that promote patient engagement and adherence.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and communication.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy best practices, clinical guidelines, and research-supported interventions.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.
  • Proven skills in developing and managing successful patient care plans.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams within healthcare environments.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
