What We Are Looking For * Level 2: 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience. * Level 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. * Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience. * Demonstrated experience in business process consulting, operational improvement, or process re-engineering. * Strong understanding of process-engineering principles and experience supporting production or plant operations. * Experience modeling business processes using structured methodologies and tools (e.g., use-case scenarios, process modeling frameworks). * Ability to integrate business processes with data and system architecture requirements. * Familiarity with supply chain analysis, cost-reduction strategies, and operational performance improvement. * Knowledge of quality-improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, ISO 9004, Lean, or similar frameworks. * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to evaluate complex processes and recommend effective solutions. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey process changes to technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to collaborate across business units and drive change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance.
