This Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale, complex projects that directly advance Four Hands' strategic objectives, primarily across Sales, Marketing, Creative Services, Digital Experience, and Sales Operations areas. From project initiation through closure, the role will work closely with business owners, technology teams, third party partners, and executive leadership to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
The ideal candidate brings deep project management expertise and operates with autonomy, managing cross-functional teams, navigating ambiguity, and proactively mitigating risks to deliver results. The individual has strong collaboration skills, best-in-class written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence outcomes across the organization.
In This Role
  • Direct large-scale, complex projects from end to end with autonomy, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, execution, and closure
  • Create comprehensive project plans encompassing charters, defined scope, deliverables, dependencies, schedules, and resource plans
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans
  • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to project success across internal teams and external partners
  • Liaise between project teams, cross-functional stakeholders, external partners, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations
  • Allocate and manage project budgets, resources, and hours; adjust allocations as project needs evolve
  • Identify impacted business processes and implement process optimization and modernization initiatives
  • Establish and execute comprehensive communication plans for all project stakeholders
  • Support change management by developing consistent policies and procedures across all project phases
  • Perform post-project reviews to ensure achievement of business objectives and identify improvement opportunities
  • Use experience, innovation, and judgment to make decisions that may be based on partial information
  • Provide informal guidance and mentorship to less experienced project managers
  • Support other Strategic Program Management projects as needed

The Ideal Person
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated success directing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with project management software
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to all levels of leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle ambiguity and make timely decisions balancing analysis with decisiveness
  • Results-oriented approach with a track record of delivering projects on time, on scope, and on budget
  • Ability to build trust across teams, handle changing priorities, and make sound decisions under ambiguity
  • Ability to present information in different forums and with all/multiple levels of leadership
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting; independently, as well collaboratively as part of a team
  • B2B distribution business model knowledge is a plus
  • PMP, CSM, or other project management certification preferred
