Job description

Job Title: Business Analyst (nCino) Duration : Contract to Hire Location : Roswell, GA (Locals Preferred) Work Mode : Hybrid Position Description: Seeking experienced Business Analysts with strong nCino and Salesforce expertise to support a large-scale banking initiative. This role will partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, lead data mapping and systems integration efforts, support testing and platform releases, and drive process improvements across lending operations. The position offers the opportunity to work on a collaborative team using cutting-edge technologies while contributing to enterprise digital lending solutions. Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Business Analysis experience (8+ years for Lead-level candidates)
  • 3+ years of hands-on nCino and Salesforce experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial or consumer lending operations
  • Experience with data mapping, ETL, systems integration, and SQL validation
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and impact analysis
  • Experience leading UAT, regression testing, release management, and change management activities
  • Strong understanding of lending workflows, credit operations, compliance, and risk controls
  • Preferred experience with nCino implementations or upgrades, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, MuleSoft/Informatica, and Salesforce or nCino certifications
