The Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads the coordination and execution of analytical initiatives to support strategic business decisions. This role involves developing strong stakeholder relationships, overseeing data-driven insights, and driving continuous improvement across business processes. The position requires managing partnerships through coaching and development while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards. By leveraging advanced analytical tools and market research, the manager provides actionable recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals. This role fosters collaboration and accountability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
About the team:
Join Walmart’s Business Operations & Insights team within Site Merchandising, where analytics drives digital retail success. The team develops advanced analytical tools, performance dashboards, and AI solutions that enable site merchants and leaders to make informed decisions at scale. Positioned at the intersection of big data engineering and commercial strategy, the team simplifies complex workflows and transforms detailed site data into clear, actionable business recommendations. This work directly enhances the shopping experience for millions of digital customers by supporting data-driven strategies and continuous innovation.
What you'll do:
  • Lead business analysis initiatives by coordinating activities and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic plans and business needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and market research to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through partnership, collaboration, and assigning responsibilities to build accountability and met project objectives.
  • Oversee compliance with company policies, ensuring ethical standards and integrity in all business processes.
  • Analyze data using tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver accurate reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating workflows, processes, and results to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Proven experience in business analysis and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and SQL programming.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Expertise in coordinating cross-functional processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Skilled in identifying improvement opportunities and driving continuous learning and development.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
