Business Development Representative – Restoration SalesWhen disaster strikes, homeowners and businesses need a restoration company they can trust. ServiceMaster Restore provides water, fire, mold, and other property restoration services, and we're looking for a Business Development Representative to help us grow our referral network and bring in new business.
This is an outside sales and business development role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and being out in the community. You'll work directly with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners to develop new business and keep those relationships strong.
Compensation
  • $60,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly commissions on top of your base salary, with the opportunity to earn $15,000+ in additional income annually - with no cap on commissions

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, community events, and regular follow-up
  • Meet with referral partners and educate them on our water, fire, mold, and property restoration services
  • Develop long-term referral partnerships that generate new business
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using our CRM
  • Communicate with our Emergency Response team regarding incoming leads and active opportunities
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads, with additional opportunities to earn commission
  • Stay in contact with referral partners and customers throughout the restoration process
  • Track activity and work toward monthly business development goals

We're looking for someone who is personable, organized, motivated, and comfortable building professional relationships. You don't have to be a traditional salesperson, but you do need to be comfortable starting conversations, following up, and asking for the business.
