B2B AV Sales Representative
(Applicants must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Louisville metropolitan area)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Identify, target, and close new business-to-business (B2B) accounts.
  • Solution Design: Consult with clients to design, present, and sell custom commercial AV and low-voltage systems.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep sales activities organized to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Account Management: Strengthen and expand relationships with our existing client base through regular follow-ups and upselling.
  • Field Representation: Act as a professional brand ambassador during on-site client consultations and networking events.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience specifically within the commercial audio-visual or low-voltage industries (Required).
  • Technical Knowledge: Working familiarity with commercial sound, paging, intercom, CCTV, security, and alarm systems.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in negotiation, presentation, and closing deals.
  • Traits: Self-motivated, energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation (Required).
  • Must reside within commuting distance of Louisville, KY or be willing to relocate before employment.
  •  Ability to travel daily throughout the assigned territory.
  •  This position is field-based and is not eligible for remote work.
