Job description

Making a splash in daily operations, this role oversees the management of assigned retail and rental locations within a waterpark environment, ensuring smooth POS execution, strong team performance, and exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include driving revenue while controlling expenses, maintaining compliance with corporate and park policies, managing inventory and assets, coordinating staffing and schedules, and training seasonal team members. This position also supports visual merchandising, enforces operational standards, and helps deliver a consistent Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe experience for all guests.

Responsiblities:

  • Ensure accurate execution of all point-of-sale (POS) transaction procedures and compliance by all team members.
  • Oversee daily operations of all retail and rental locations, driving revenue while managing expenses within budget and park guidelines.
  • Enforce compliance with all corporate and park policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Protect and maintain company assets, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate shop setups, visual merchandising, displays, and signage to support operational and sales goals.
  • Train, coach, and develop seasonal team members to support operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels through workforce planning, scheduling, and collaboration with supervisors and full-time staff.
  • Address policy violations and performance concerns through corrective action while recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
  • Execute and monitor inventory control processes for rental tubes, cabanas, and related assets.
  • Support additional operational duties and special projects as assigned.

Payrate: up to $17.50/hr.


Qualifications:

  • 1 year park experience and/or retail background.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong analytical skill; ability to effectively identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Previous experience in supervising a team.
  • Must have flexible schedule to work nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays when needed.
  • Must be able to walk for up to 7 hours at a time, lift and carry 40lbs.
