With over 550+ properties in Breckenridge, Vail, Park City, Lake Tahoe, Big Sky, and Telluride- we are proud of our industry-leading approach to high performance property management with a local touch. We are a small startup, but growing rapidly, and looking for other talented and motivated individuals to join us in our journey!
Why Sales at LocalVR
Sales is the engine of our business. You make the first impression with potential homeowners
and can solve their pain point of the hassle with property management. We are proud of our

on our services and how to acquire your own book of business. You will also be given a list of
qualified leads to convert into a sale. You'll do this by being creative and using different
approaches to close as many leads as possible - calling to set up appointments, taking in-
person meetings, email campaigns, networking, letters, and more. We're looking for someone
