About the Role:

The Quality Control Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all manufactured products meet or exceed established quality standards and customer expectations. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire quality control process, from initial document control and process monitoring to final inspection and materials testing. The manager will lead a team dedicated to maintaining and improving quality systems, ensuring compliance with product specifications and regulatory requirements. By implementing robust quality assurance practices, the role aims to minimize defects, reduce waste, and enhance overall production efficiency. Ultimately, the Quality Control Manager ensures that the manufacturing operations consistently deliver high-quality products that uphold the company’s reputation and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
