We understand the critical role that accurate data plays in the success of your project, which is why we meticulously communicate with project stakeholders: including project managers, engineering technicians, client representatives, and contractor's representatives, to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements and to deliver precise testing, observation, and inspection results.

Position Overview:

As an Environmental Specialist, you will support environmental monitoring, sampling, and remediation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company environmental policies. You’ll conduct fieldwork, collect data, operate equipment, and assist in assessing environmental conditions to mitigate potential risks.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct soil, water, air, and groundwater sampling in accordance with regulatory standards and site-specific workplans.

Operate and maintain field instruments, including pH meters, water quality probes, and air monitoring equipment.

Perform inspections of environmental control systems, such as groundwater remediation equipment and vapor mitigation systems.

Document field observations and data accurately in logs and reports.

Assist in preparing regulatory reports and compliance documentation.

Ensure all sampling and testing procedures comply with EPA, OSHA, and state environmental regulations.

Perform asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold inspections and reporting.

Support environmental remediation activities, including bioremediation, chemical injections, and soil vapor extraction.

Assist in the decontamination and proper disposal of hazardous materials.

Monitor the effectiveness of remediation technologies and report findings.

Perform operation and maintenance on a variety of remediation systems.

Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Identify and report potential hazards in the work environment.

Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
