Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Aventura, Florida.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • Experience working in an acute hospital environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred.
  • Experience with equipment such as treadmills, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, or BITS preferred.
  • Ability to provide 1:1 patient care and conduct extended 1.5-hour treatment sessions.
  • Willingness to participate in rotating weekend call as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
  • Prior travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 07:00–19:00.
  • Typical day shift schedules on unit include 08:00–16:30 or 09:00–17:30.
  • Patient ratio typically 1:1.
  • Documentation system: Meditech.
  • Call requirements: rotating weekends.
