Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be part of a team providing exceptional rehabilitation services in a fast-paced setting. The unit features 467 beds, including a newly opened 26-bed Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF). This role involves managing patient treatment, conducting long treatment sessions, and attending team conferences.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
  • Administer therapy interventions and conduct long treatment sessions.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences.
  • Utilize equipment such as treadmills, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, and BITS.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • BLS certification.
  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Florida.
  • Experience in an IRF or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred.
