CONTROLLER
Our client is a rapidly expanding company seeking a Controller to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONTROLLER:

  1. Financial Statements: Manage the financial statements ensuring accuracy.
  2. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making.
  3. Month-End Close: Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage & Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties.
  5. Audit Support: Manage the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  6. Manage WIP Reports: Work with team on construction billings.
  7. ERP Implementation: Assist with leading the new ERP Implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTROLLER:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 Base
