About The Role:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them plan, manage, and enjoy their travel experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist clients with booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, packages, excursions)
  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions with a positive attitude
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking details
  • Provide recommendations and travel advice tailored to client needs
  • Follow up with clients before and after trips to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience (travel industry experience is a plus)
