Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of BCBAs and behavioral therapists to ensure the effective delivery of ABA therapy services.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee their implementation for clients with Autism and intellectual disabilities.
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress evaluations to measure the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among team members, clients, and their families to facilitate open communication and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies in the delivery of services.
  • Provide training and mentorship to clinical staff to promote professional growth and development within the team.
  • Implement ongoing quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of clinical practice and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as BCBA with progressive management experience
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans for diverse populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, families, and stakeholders effectively.
