Job description

Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting is looking for a professional, self-motivated and energetic individual to join our growing team and fill the role as Manager at one of our DFW Locations

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees hiring, training, developing, transferring, managing compensation and discipline of staff
  • Manage financial controls, operations, employee development, and customer service
  • Maintain inventory and applies financial reporting analysis results
  • Successfully generates and capture sales leads
  • Analyze collision and/or paint damaged vehicles to create a repair plan and cost
  • Review repair orders with technicians as necessary


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of profit and loss interpretation and management to influence profitability
  • Ability to prioritize and organize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Previous success in sales or operations and leadership skills are a must
  • Desire for performance based compensation
  • CCCOne or like estimatics program experience preferred
  • At least 3 years of production management or sales leadership is required

Pay is the base salary of 70k-80k plus quarterly UNCAPPED bonus, based on performance and sales.
