About the Role
As the Service Center Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the service center while leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for developing employees, supporting technicians, growing sales, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring every customer leaves confident they've received honest, professional service.

  • Support technician development through ongoing coaching and training opportunities.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor repair quality and ensure work meets company and industry standards.

Financial & Business Performance

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in an automotive repair, tire, or retail service environment.
  • Strong automotive knowledge, including tires, preventative maintenance, and general repair services.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, coaching employees, and developing talent.
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience driving sales, improving customer retention, and achieving business goals.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, and KPI analysis.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • ASE Certifications or other industry certifications are a plus.

Physical Requirements: This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and safely operating shop equipment while working in a fast-paced environment.
