Description Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, quality, materials, health and safety, and support functions. Ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery commitments are consistently achieved. Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles. Build, develop, and mentor leadership teams and plant personnel.
