Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an experienced professional focused on automation testing using Selenium and RAFT. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in banking or financial applications, with responsibilities including designing and executing automated test scripts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and RAFT
• Build and maintain robust automation frameworks
• Perform API automation testing and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
• Automate database validation and DB scripts
• Implement and validate Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Translate technical design documents into effective testing solutions
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing and QA activities
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and RAFT
• Expertise in Automation Testing frameworks
• Experience with API Automation (REST services)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java or Python
• Experience in database testing and automating DB scripts
• Good understanding of Accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1 standards)
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong development and problem-solving skills
