The Role:

We’re looking for a driven, people-first Store Manager to take the reins at our Kingsway Garden, Edmonton store. This is your chance to lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and make a real impact in our customers' lives.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. 
  • Drive sales performance and smash targets.
  • Create a high-energy, positive store culture.
  • Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success.
  • Run a smooth, efficient operation—without ever compromising on service. 


What we’re looking for 

  • Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent).
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • High energy and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team.
  • Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results.
