Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team including Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture.
  • Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and recognition to support team growth.
  • Identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles.
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, food safety, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations as well as company standards.
  • Maintain operational excellence and uphold brand guidelines in all areas of the restaurant.
Financial Performance
  • Manage restaurant P&L to achieve financial targets including sales growth, labor efficiency, and cost control.
  • Analyze key financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive top-line sales through exceptional guest service, operational execution, and local marketing efforts.
Guest Experience
  • Ensure a consistently high level of hospitality, speed of service, and food quality.
  • Respond to guest feedback and implement action plans to improve satisfaction.
  • Champion a guest-first culture that builds loyalty and community connection.
Compliance & Standards
  • Maintain compliance with food safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and employment laws.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures across all operational and team-related activities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Execute local store marketing and community engagement initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall restaurant and company success.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development and operational excellence.
  • Sharp business acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with POS and scheduling systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead across all levels.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working long or irregular shifts as required by the business.
Physical Requirements
  • This position requires regular standing, walking, bending, stretching, and occasional lifting up to 40lbs.
