Location: We cover a large service area, from San Clemente up to Santa Clarita and across to Chino Hills.

US Family Turf is LA’s most exciting landscaping company specializing in artificial turf installation. We take great pride in delivering top-notch services to our clients throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, the San Fernando Valley, and Orange County areas. Our headquarters are located in Culver City, serving as a hub for our operations in these vibrant regions. This position will require driving within our service areas so the successful applicant will need a full drivers license.


The Landscape Foreman role will primarily focus on overseeing operations, including organizing crews, coordinating orders, managing job starts, and ensuring quality control. The position will also involve light landscaping duties as needed.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage multiple artificial turf installation projects from start to finish.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and final walk-throughs to ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Coordinate with landscape crews and ensure effective communication throughout the project timeline.
  • Order materials and equipment for jobs, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Proactively identify and address potential project risks and challenges, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in the landscaping  industry.
  • Strong knowledge of artificial turf installation processes, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
