Job Responsibilities
  • Execute a wide array of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
  • Prioritize patient comfort and safety during exams, while clearly explaining each step with empathy
  • Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
  • Efficiently manage and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any issues promptly
  • Thoroughly document procedures and uphold patient records within the electronic medical system
  • Continuously update your knowledge on the latest advances in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices
Educational Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
  • Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred
Required Certifications
  • Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a plus
