Job Summary:
ADB Companies, LLC is a nationwide provider of technology infrastructure solutions, seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to support their Applications Development team. The role involves designing and managing application enhancements, leading complex initiatives, and mentoring other engineers while driving efficiency within the department.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, implement, and manage application enhancements and integrations between internal and external enterprise systems with a focus on ERP and CRM
โ€ข Design, develop, and maintain small web applications and services using .NET (ASP.NET Core)
โ€ข Partner with senior business and IT leaders to define long-term system strategy and roadmap
โ€ข Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple systems, stakeholders, and departments
โ€ข Translate enterprise goals into scalable system solutions that support innovation, compliance, and operational excellence
โ€ข Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of large-scale software systems and platforms
โ€ข Mentor and support other engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams across the organization
โ€ข Stay ahead of emerging technologies and evaluate their fit for future business and technical objectives
โ€ข Serve as an informal leader and mentor to other team members, with the ability to effectively onboard, train and lead by example for Level I-III Analysts and Engineers

โ€ข 7-10+ years of System Analysis, Configuration and Programing experience with a strong preference for JavaScript, including NetSuite SuiteScript, .NET, and Azure DevOps

โ€ข Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills
โ€ข A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills

โ€ข Process improvement skills with the ability to streamline efficiencies within a team environment
