Elevate your career with CHAGEE as Director, Head of Supply Chain - North America. Through our stores across China, Asia Pacific, and the United States, we serve a staggering 100 million cups of tea monthly. CHAGEE is excited to expand its presence in the US market. This is your chance to be part of an exhilarating journey as we deliver the taste of authentic tea culture to America. Chagee is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Supply Chain, Director – North America, to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across North America, ensuring availability, efficiency, quality, and scalability as the business expands. This role will oversee demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier partnerships, while aligning closely with global supply chain standards and supporting local operational needs. The ideal candidate has deep experience in food & beverage or retail supply chain management, strong analytical and leadership skills, and thrives in high-growth environments. The Modern Tea Movement starts with you. At CHAGEE, we're connecting the world through modern tea — making friends, pouring tea, and building careers along the way. Join a team rooted in tradition, fueled by purpose, and scaling a global movement across North America.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage the full supply chain function across North America, covering demand planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory operations — and build a healthy ecosystem and excellent relationships with all vendors.

  • Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies aligned with global direction and tailored to local business needs.

  • Ensure consistent and timely product availability across stores while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

  • Build and manage a regional supplier network, including contract negotiation, performance management, and risk mitigation.

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including importation, warehousing, and distribution operations.

  • Partner with Store Development, Operations, and R&D teams to support new store launches, product rollouts, and market expansion.

  • Support new product R&D with fast response and high quality & reliable delivery, leveraging vendor sourcing and exploration of new sources of supply.

  • Lead S&OP processes, integrating forecasting, financial planning, and demand signals into procurement and logistics planning.

  • Monitor supply chain KPIs (e.g., fill rate, cost-to-serve, lead times, shrinkage), with a particular focus on COGS improvement and out-of-stock control, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with U.S., Canadian, and Mexican regulations on food safety, traceability, labeling, customs, and environmental requirements.

  • Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team to support long-term regional growth.

  • Maintain strong communication and stakeholder engagement across global and local vendors, and global and regional teams.

Experience/Qualifications you need to be successful

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role; food & beverage, QSR, or retail industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven success managing multi-country supply chain operations, including supplier management, logistics, and inventory planning.

  • Strong understanding of North American import/export procedures, food regulations, and cross-border logistics.

  • Experience implementing or working with supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, forecasting tools).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across global and regional teams, including global and local vendor partners.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or APICS/CSCP certification is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Hybrid work schedule for a balanced life

  • 401K with company match to secure your future

  • Yearly bonus opportunity

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • On-site fitness center and wellness programs

  • Exclusive discounts at our tea locations, theme parks, and gyms

  • Generous paid time off starting at 15 days, plus 7 federal holidays

  • Opportunities for continuous education and scholarships

  • Income protection including Disability, Life, and AD&D insurance

  • Bereavement leave for those difficult times

The estimated total cash compensation for this position is $123,800 - $185,700 inclusive of base salary and estimated bonus.

Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate and may vary depending on factors including (but not limited to): relevant knowledge and experience, skills, education, certifications, overall qualifications, and your specific work location.
