Job description

The Manager of Anesthesia Support Services will oversee the operations of Anesthesia Support Services including material logistics and personnel. This position will provide support to Anesthesia Services in collaboration with the Chief Anesthetist and Senior Anesthetist and will serve as the supervisor for the Anesthesia Tech Supervisors.
Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire:
Certified Anesthesia Technician or Technologist ASATT (American Society of Anesthesia Technologist and Technologist BLS
Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment:
Certified Anesthesia Technician or Technologist ASATT (American Society of Anesthesia Technologist and Technologist BLS
Experience REQUIRED:
Minimum of five years Anesthesia Technician experience with 1 year of supervision
Knowledge of inventory control with exposure to budget process.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with other departments and personnel.
Basic computer skills
Experience PREFERRED: 7 Years of Experience as an Anesthesia Technician
Education/training REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree or 8 Years of relevant work experience.
Education/training PREFERRED: N/A
Independent action(s) required:
Must be able to prioritize activities of subordinates.
Submit product requests and supply orders on behalf of the department.
Maintain and adjust consumable supply levels for the Department of Anesthesiology.
Supervisory responsibilities (if applicable): Will serve as supervisor for Anesthesia Tech Supervisors

Compensation Range
$58,697.60 - $87,942.40
